FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We will be activating this feature throughout the month of January across all Lighthouse accounts. If you would like to start using it sooner, please contact support.
  • Campaign Studio is an upgraded Email Marketing feature that will provide Lighthouse customers with a robust selection of templates, dynamic customizations, and more.
  • We recommend cancelling your scheduled campaign and create a new message in Campaign Studio. Browse the new template library and choose a template that you would like to use instead. You will be able to access the old Email Marketing tool right from the Campaign Studio page.Navigate to the old mail marketing Scheduled page (by clicking on the link at the top of the page) scheduled section and open the email. Copy the text of the email template you want to save, navigate back to the Campaign Studio Builder. Click on Custom from the categories, and then select the standard blank template to edit. In the editing section click on the + symbol and select the text module. The text module will appear in the template, click the pencil to edit and paste your old template content.
  • We will provide you with access to the old Email Marketing feature for a time while we make this transition. During this transition, please make sure to go into the old Email Marketing tool and copy the content of the templates you want to continue to use and create a new template in Campaign Studio.
  • When you pick one of the timeframes your campaign will send between the following hours:
    • Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    • Evening: 5:00 PM – Midnight
  • When creating a list you will see the patient count on the results of the criteria you select. We are currently not able to preview the actual patient list.
  • Please access the old Email Marketing, go to lists, select list in question, download the .csv to your computer. Open up your downloaded list and change the column name from Email1 to Email. In Campaign Studio navigate to the select recipient page, click on Use My Own Recipient List, and upload your .csv file, name the list and save it.
  • The system will automatically remove any patients that have previously unsubscribed from past email campaigns or we were unable to match the recipient to any of your patients in your PMS.
  • The link will send your patients to the practice’s request appointment form. When they fill out their information and submit it, you will receive an email with their request.
  • Add a section (or Edit an existing section) at the top of your email template.
  • Choose “Header” as the section type
  • Edit the Header by clicking the pencil icon in the upper right corner
  • Choose the header Layout that is just a center image with no text.
