  • Have total reputation ownership: Do more than just monitor your reputation on third-party sites. With our solution, you can listen in, gain insight, and respond to patient feedback across the web from one centralized dashboard.
  • Receive an in-depth analysis specifically built for healthcare: We apply natural language processing + sentiment analysis to your patient reviews to pull out meaningful insights, themes, and trends from your patient feedback.
  • Monitor reviews on even more directories like ZocDoc, Healthgrades, Facebook, Yelp and more.

As always, you can also continue to….

  • Automate requesting reviews from patients via email and text message, but for even more directories than before!
  • Collect and monitor reviews on Google. We will still continue to automatically direct patients with a gmail address to leave a Google review.
  • Respond to reviews on Google and Facebook, as well as new directories like Healthgrades, Doctor.com, CareDash and Wellness.com.

  • We have already copied your reviews to our system for now. We are working on some more exciting features including a new location for your reviews, making them much easier for potential patients to see them!

  • Rate A Biz is owned by our former parent company, Web.com. As we are no longer affiliated with them, we do not know what their long term strategy for Rate A Biz will be. We have found an even better solution in healthcare to take care of your online reputation needs.
  • It can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for the our system to find and gather all your reviews across multiple directories to display.
  • We have to go the extra mile to gather the Google My Business reviews for your practice the first time. Every weekend we run a search for all practices that have recently received the new Reviews feature. Your Google reviews will then display the following Monday.
  • Our product team spent significant time reviewing the usage and value of all our existing features. Photos and Social were the two features that our customers engaged with the least. We have removed these features from the Lighthouse dashboard in an effort to make room for some new and exciting features and upgrades, starting with Reviews.
  • The new Reviews feature does include an even better Facebook aspect, that will allow you to monitor and respond to Facebook reviews.
  • We now have the ability to monitor a wider selection of reputable directories across the internet. Some of the directories are provider level and some are practice level listings. To ensure you make the most of this new feature, we need to have one provider to monitor on those directories that are provider centric.
  • We are currently working to provide you the option to add more providers. We will notify all our customers when that additional capability is available.
  • The reviews feature will allow you to monitor and respond to reviews gathered on Google, Facebook, and Yelp for your entire practice.
  • This initial version of Reviews will allow you to monitor one specific provider’s reputation on additional sites across the web.
  • The directories that are provider-based are the following: CareDash, Dentalplans, Doctor.com, RateMDs, Wellness, and Zocdoc.
  • You will be able to respond to the following sites right from Lighthouse: Google, Facebook, Healthgrades, Doctor.com, CareDash, and Wellness.
  • You will need to provide us with Google co-management to respond to your Google My Business reviews. Facebook also requires that you sign in through the Reviews tab to grant you access to respond to your reviews through Lighthouse.
  • Please make sure you have indicated your unique directory URL that Lighthouse will use to gather more reviews for your practice on the set up form. We will update the Rate A Biz URL with the new one you have provided for your automated messages. If you would like additional directories to become part of the automated message rotation, please call or email our support team.
  • In most cases, when you go to the directory and click write review, the URL that appears at that point is the one we would want to include on your Review Request email campaign.
